I have a pretty good experience when I go inside the office…however they NEVER answer the phone! I have called 2 days in a row. I called before the lunch hour and I called after the lunch hour. No one ever answered. The phone literally said no one was available to take my call and hung up! I have been trying to call about a milk prescription for my child.
