I want to give a big shout out to David at Katy Vacuums. He cleaned and repaired my two Dyson vacuums and they are both running like new again! He added an enzyme wash to the filters & dumpsters and it smells wonderful every time I vacuum. They are open again Monday thru Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm. Also, if you are in need of surgical masks, he is selling them for $4.95.

They have repaired several items for me including a vacuum and replacing a switch in a lamp. I recently had a metal decorative finial that broke off from the top of a lamp. Another company that specializes in furniture repair said there was no way to fix it. I took it to David and he said he would try. I was amazed that he was able to fix it and now I cannot tell which one of the pair was repaired. I’m convinced he can repair anything.

Katy Vacuum far surpassed my expectations in repairing and servicing my Kirby. It runs like a NEW machine, so much easier and is effortless now to use it. I am so pleased!! This place is The place to buy or take your machine for service. Friendly, honest and prompt turn around time. Awesome! Thank you so much!!

I have been during business with David & Ana Hart owner of Katy Vacuum for better than 10 years. Carpet cleaning,carpet fragrance, purchasing vacuum belts, vacuum yearly service and buying the best vacuum for my use is the Miele. Cost effective for merchandise purchased. Regard's Terry & Cynthia

Can't seem to reach anyone at this place of business. Tried emailing and calling both numbers repeatedly with no success. Not sure if still in business.

Simply stay clear of this repair shop - they are horrible. I have never done business at a place where the customer service and professionalism along with normal business practices are so horrible. They don't return calls and they have no respect for their customers. They sold my TV because I did not pick it up on the 30th day. I think their in the business to get product for repair so they can sell it for a bigger profit or take it themselves. Go some place else...there are plenty of better places...plus this place is a dum... read more
