They take forever and they are very slow. We get here and don’t get out for another 3 to 4 hours. I don’t know what they do have of the time but it is not okay to make people wait for the doctor over more then 50 minutes. They need more doctors and they need more fast doctors. No one want’s to sit around and wait over time when we have other responsibilities to maintain tain. Fix this situation…
I loove coming to Katy Trail. They’re always able to get me in either same day or within the week. My PCP is Brenda and she’s always understanding and helpful.
Got to be on time. The 15 minute window almost didn't happen even getting there and waiting over the 15 minute window. Someone waiting there gave up their appt so we could stay.
