Can NEVER EVER get in for an appt. Can NEVER EVER get in for emergency. A few minutes late for an appt you made months ago, forget it because they make up arbitrary new rules when they want. Used to be 15, now supposedly 5 min, no exceptions. So they charge you for an appt if you are five minutes late and they won't see you. Doesn't matter what happened. Unprofessional, nonpatient orientated, impossible to talk to someone by phone, also impossible to receive access PRESCRIBED medications in a timely manner (as prescibed). Disappointed it's one of our only local clinics. We deserve better care.
My wife have been with them for a few years and they can’t keep doctors for very long not only that they have refused giving my wife her medication and said it would be a month before she can see anyone.. this place is a joke don’t go there !!!!!!!!!!!
