We went here for my first and are now back for my second. Can’t recommend this place enough. Nothing but positive things to say!
The speech classes itself were helpful to my son. i do not think there is sufficient time in between classes to provide feedback to parents. in addition, incorrect information was provided about costs and billing. We were told a price of $80 per session at the beginning and that was not what was billed to the insurance so we ended up paying more out of pocket. they were also billing us for a "medical visit" which we only found out after going through all the insurance claims. Clinician was amazing with my son and the way she made him feel comfortable in testing out for food aversions. Definitely would recommend to anybody who is struggling with the same thing.
We love Katy Speech and Language Therapy. I contacted several speech therapy clinics and this one stood out to me as being the best fit for us. Everyone on the staff from the front desk to billing to the therapists are so friendly and excellent at what they do. Our assessment was with Richa and she reassured me about my sons speech delay while at the same time discussing a plan of therapy for him. We have been with Kay Speech and Language for years now and they are awesome! Everyone who works there are super friendly, accommodating, professional and treat each child individually for their specific needs. We have seen both of our boys blossom with their speech and confidence!
