My household with children has been using Katy Smiles Center for all our dental care need for about ten years or so now. We are very satisfied with their services and referral, our dental exam and cleaning, and customer service. Professional staff upon arriving explained that the dentist was running a little behind and took me into one of the examining rooms for X-rays of the tooth that was bothering me. Dr Trinh came in about 15 minutes later, examined my teeth, and requested X-rays of two other teeth. After another short while he came back and explained what he had seen. Just left my mid year check up and cleaning, this still stands. They care for us and it shows. “From front office to back, excellent customer service. Can not remember the last time I had such a thorough cleaning during my maintenance appointment. Professional and caring attention throughout. I’m glad all my family is getting our dental care here.
