The place opens at 9am didn’t open till 9:30 am , my appointment was for 10am , owner comes in at 10:34 to busy talking to everyone , sit down and goes so what’s going on in Spanish as if I don’t understand, she calls me to sit down ! very unprofessional also, have you waiting for a long time? I also got an infection on my big toe on the right hand side and I called kathy and see what she wants to do about the situation and no response keeps ignoring my phone calls and they always talking about peopleplaying gospel music thinking I don’t know what they’re talking about also unsanitary I wanna eat in the back and don’t wash their hands. I will never go back there again.
I had an appointment with MAYI when I got to my appointment. AT 11:30, she was with another client for an extra 40 minutes. She see that i was there waiting, never approached me to let me know about the customer she Was with at 12:10 i got up and leave i was a good client there spend a good amount of money and as well my daughter and TIP her very well in all of the services i got from her in the past customers wait long periods of time or not even with appointment and always talking and gospel about everyone's around her sur... read more
