I recently used Katy to sell a home as part of an estate. I really enjoyed working with her. Katy was very responsive and timely in her communication. Her knowledge and expertise of the current market was excellent. She made the entire process very smooth and seamless. This was wonderful since I was 2,200 miles away. I would highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling your home.

Katy Pollock is the best realtor I have ever worked with. When our son bought his first home, she was very informative, helpful and kind. Due to some issues caused by the seller, Katy had to be at the new home many times and co-ordinate many repairs. She was patient and helped us all along the way. Katy did an amazing job she was quick with responses and always kept us in the loop with what was going on. She helped out with showings and getting offers submitted very quickly.
