The people in the office are SUPER helpful and nice. Just driving on the grounds to my apartment makes me happy because they keep the grounds spotless. I feel very comfortable, it's my new home. 😊😊😊
I have lived here for a little longer than a year. What surprises me the most is how they handle maintenance. I can place a maintenance request at 7 am and they will repair everything at 8 am on that same day. It takes me longer to decide to ask for maintenance than what it takes them to fix issues in the apartment. Overall, it is a very well managed apartment complex
I lived at Katy Place Apartments from July 2023 - July 2025 and have nothing but excellent things to say about this property. The complex is always quiet, well-kept, and management is always communicative whenever issues arise, as they are bound to. Whenever we submitted a maintence request, their staff was always quick to respond and fix the issue.
