I lived at Katy Place for 7 (!) years. This community is dog-friendly and affordable. The property manager, Victoria, is open and kind, and she communicates timely and appropriately with residents.
The people in the office are SUPER helpful and nice. Just driving on the grounds to my apartment makes me happy because they keep the grounds spotless. I feel very comfortable, it's my new home. 😊😊😊
I have lived here for a little longer than a year. What surprises me the most is how they handle maintenance. I can place a maintenance request at 7 am and they will repair everything at 8 am on that same day. It takes me longer to decide to ask for maintenance than what it takes them to fix issues in the apartment. Overall, it is a very well managed apartment complex
