I have lived here for a little longer than a year. What surprises me the most is how they handle maintenance. I can place a maintenance request at 7 am and they will repair everything at 8 am on that same day. It takes me longer to decide to ask for maintenance than what it takes them to fix issues in the apartment. Overall, it is a very well managed apartment complex
I lived at Katy Place Apartments from July 2023 - July 2025 and have nothing but excellent things to say about this property. The complex is always quiet, well-kept, and management is always communicative whenever issues arise, as they are bound to. Whenever we submitted a maintence request, their staff was always quick to respond and fix the issue. I moved to Katy Place July of 2023. So far my experience here has been amazing. It is a quiet, pleasant place to live. The staff here is wonderful, maintenance has always addressed my concerns promptly, the office staff is friendly and willing to listen to concerns and comments on how to make things better.
