I feel so welcomed and comfortable with Dr. Zaidi! His office is friendly and is helpful when you have that “I’m uncomfortable because I’m sick” feeling.
I spent over an hour on the phone with my insurance company just to change my PCP to Dr. Zaidi. Although their NPI still shows an outdated address, the insurance rep was able to update the PCP and gave me a confirmation number so I could schedule an appointment. However, when I called the doctor’s office, the office manager refused to schedule anything until they receive written confirmation from the insurance company, despite the confirmation number provided.
