Said he would come out to service my vehicle then said he wasn’t coming because of weather. Never reached back out to me despite me texting him multiple times.
Replaced a water pump on Nov 7th cost me 375 dollars also had issues putting my serpentine belt back on with the tensioner. Did not put the tensioner back on correctly which caused my belt to bust which caused me to be stranded again. Contacted him stated he does not drive anywhere outside of Katy. I do not recommend this mechanic to anyone his repairs are horrible. I requested half my money back and he has not responded. I will be filing on him for poor business practices.
Bernard was punctual, actually arrived earlier than expected, and diagnosed the problem being with the recent oil change. The plug was not tightened and most of the oil leaked out which could have caused total engine failure. He is honest and prices are reasonable. Bernard is definitely our "go to" guy for any future repairs.

My starter went out and I needed to travel that day. They came replaced my starter in no time. I googled the price for replacing a starter and they charged me the lowest side of what google estimated the cost would be! Very nice and honest gentleman will definitely use them in the future.
