I have been living here at Katy Meadows since June 15 and my family we love it here. The community is quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. It's kids friendly. I am situated in the 2nd phase and out community manager may come off a little strict but it's only because she wants to keep the community beautiful and safe. I give it to the management team that is always working on keeping the community guidelines safe. I just want to say living here on this property has been a good experience. This property has rules and regulations that we need to follow. We have to keep our lawn cut we have to give manager 24 hr notice to get a visitor parking pass we have to upkeep around our home. We are only allowed to have patio furniture on our front porch.
