I have been living here at Katy Meadows since June 15 and my family we love it here. The community is quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. It's kids friendly. I am situated in the 2nd phase and out community manager may come off a little strict but it's only because she wants to keep the community beautiful and safe. I give it to the management team that is always working on keeping the community guidelines safe.
