Dr. Liu is very caring and kind and truly a gentle soul. I felt compelled to leave a review as it seems past grades were more grades for her former support staff from a former position with a large medical group. Dr. Liu has since left that world and is now running her own clinic and provides exceptional care for her patients. I like Dr. Liu as my PCP but her nurse has no business working in the healthcare field. Her personality is very dry and she has a borderline nasty attitude. Her bedside manner is horrible and she is void of any customer service skills. This woman will drive patients to another PCP!
I had to reschedule my appointment, so the nurse on the phone rescheduled it for me and created a new appointment. I took off work for the appointment and I received a confirmation of my appointment a couple days before. Then I go to the office and they tell me that because I cancelled I was “dismissed” and I can’t make an appointment with this doctor ever again and my appointment was cancelled. Nobody ever told me this until I came to check in. These people don’t care about patients.
My name is Robert Lovett and I have the utmost respect for Dr Liu as a doctor and a person who cares about your problems and trying to come up with the best treatment for you she really listen to you and she treats you like a person and not just doing or saying anything to just get you in and out I really appreciate her concerns about your problems. Extremely thorough and very pleasant doctor. She let me describe, in detail, my medical problems and got me referred to the specific specialists I needed to see and in a timely fashion. When I had problems with my referrals due to my mobility issues, she quickly found another specialist for me in an area close to my home. Her follow up appointments were scheduled closely enough together to check on my progress or lack of progress.
