Reached out to them twice, requesting quotes for airport transfers. Not even a response, much less a reply. If this is how they treat prospects, I'm pessimistic about their service levels. Houston's the only city where I've repeatedly struggled to find dependable companies to work with in this market. If anyone can recommend folks who are insured, reliable and decent - please let me know. EDIT: And you can see their level of professionalism from the response below! Emailed you multiple times, "buddy"...

Terrible customer service. After a 15 hr flight delay, the driver yelled at me when I couldn't find him at the airport. Then he had the nerve to say that he had to wait on me for 15 hrs. We ended up taking an uber home after he refused to help us find him. Very unprofessional.

I would highly recommend this company. We have used multiple times for ourselves and for family and friends visiting. We use for everything from airport shuttle service to large family events. Basel is just awesome. Professional and very personable. Prices are reasonable and affordable. This is definitely a 5 star company , something that is rare in today's environment .
