Fantastic experience from start to finish. Pat came out twice based on my availability and for my convenience. He was incredibly informative. His team was very professional and they did a great job working around what we had already added to the home. One week I was asking for quotes, the next week I have a beautiful gutter system! I found Kustom Gutters online and requested an initial appointment to get recommendations on gutters since my new home did not have gutters and downspouts on the back and sides of the house. The owner, Jimmy, came out to look at our home and make recommendations. I was very pleased with Kustom Gutters during the whole process beginning with the prompt arrival of the owner, Jimmy Rechner, who gave me a very reasonable written bid. They followed that up by again being very prompt on the day of installation. In addition to the regular crew, additional help had already been scheduled to help with a difficult part of the installation and they too arrived right on time so there was no delay.
