Great place to start a doctor's office, if only the doctor KEPT her appointments, made MONTHS PRIOR! I made an appointment THREE MONTHS AGO, on July 18, 2023 as a new patient. I was told back then, Oct 25, 2023 was first available time for an appointment. Today, October 10, 2023, I receive a call from scheduling, Yann informs me that Kirk will be out of the office the entire week (of my appointment) - NO EXPLANATION as to why. Dr. Kirk is intelligent, thorough, compassionate, and accessible. I'm not sure what more you can ask from a doctor.
I came in to establish care and begin annual checkups now that I am in my 40's. Appointment was standard except for: 1) the focus on me being overweight (5'3", 165 lbs). Dr Kirk did not ask any relevant questions and certainly did not offer any insight, education or information; just stated, 'You're overweight so you need to eat less and move more.'
