UPDATE: Although Dr. Thomas was thorough and attentive in person, the same was not true following my appt. I received my blood work and was unable to get ahold of anyone to update a prescription for 5 days despite attempting via patient portal, email, and phone. Once I did get a brief response, a much lower dose than I am currently taking was prescribed instead of an increased dose. Not sure if they just have too many patients they are tending to or what! I’ve seen a couple of their Doctors and PAs through the years. The office staff is fantastic and caring. I’ve seen Dr Ramon Solis and then Dr Mehta. Dr Solis was amazing. They offer VIP care which is a fantastic way to keep your doctor patient connection a mere phone call away 24/7! Both are fantastic doctors. I met Dr Mukesh Mehta while in the hospital and really loved his caring and great bedside manner. I continued seeing him all these years. I’ve been very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Mehta, but my interactions with the front office staff have been less positive. They often seem disengaged and unhelpful, which detracts from the overall experience. S. John
