Donna Herzeg rocks! She got me on the right track! She was the answer to my prayer. I asked God to show me the way, and As faithful as He is, He lead me to Ideal Protein. Donna explained the whole program thoroughly to me, she told me, if I stick to the plan, I will not be hungry! We are very grateful that Katy Ideal Weight Loss carries a full line of Walden Farms products. The shipping makes it very expensive to buy them directly from Walden Farms and the local stores only carry 2 or 3 of the salad dressings. Brookshire Brothers does have 1 or 2 other Walden Farms products. Katy Ideal Weight Loss has them all. THANK YOU FOR DOING THAT!!!!! This program - Ideal Protein - REALLY works! KIWL helps you reach your goal weight loss...and then helps you maintain it. This is the first program/protein I've been on where I've been able to keep the weight off - and still enjoy eating (the right foods at the right times).
