My son was very serious and willing to get CBT, he was passed off to an intern who was already over booked. He has expressed to me he feels very let down. I let him know Unfortunately this is the way life goes. But that doesn't mean it should! Every person who reaches out is important and you could not even return a phone call or email. Shame on you !
