The staff makes you feel at home and ready to help. Dr.Vossoughi, Faranak she is wonderful. She explains everything and always there to help. I recommend this clinic Katy Hand & General surgery.
Dr. Vossoughi has been an outstanding wrist specialist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on and what the best treatment options are. I always feel well-informed and confident in her care. She’s also very accommodating and makes the entire process smooth, from scheduling to follow-ups. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their recovery.
I’m a vet and I have va care, but I cannot say to much about that. I asked for community care which is to see a doctor out in my community, I was referred here and I’m a person who is skeptical about everything and I don’t really like folks! But the staff here put me at ease, answered all my questions, made me feel like I belonged there, didn’t judge me with all my issues. The medical assistants were great. DR. Faranak Vossoughi @ Katy Hand & General Surgery is a great Dr. and great at at identifying issues that you have with your hand. From the moment I stepped foot into the office, the Staff was courteous and friendly, made you feel at home. Once inside the patient room, Dr. Vossoughi was very polite and actually listened to my concerns and needs. Had a great experience. Dr. Vossoughi took her time in listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Mayra, receptionist, went above and beyond to help me with my situation. It’s refreshing to receive services at a doctor’s office that takes the time to listen and help.
