The office staff were incredibly polite and friendly! Dr Vossoughi was kind and very informative in our conversations and was also helpful with coordinating with my insurance company right then and there! Even Friday afternoon. Also has the capability to handle many services you normally can’t get at doctor’s office! It was overall a great experience!
Office staff is very friendly and helpful. With that being said, I went in for a boxer’a fracture and was told that I was going to need surgery on my hand. After going to a second opinion, I was informed that not only way surgery not necessary but it wasn’t even advised. The second doctor I saw was much more thorough and detailed while saving me thousands of dollars in unnecessary surgical costs.
This was my first visit with Dr. Vossoughi and I am very impressed and satisfied with the treatment I received. She thru my issues thuroughly and gave me all available options with enough information to help me make a decision. In addition her assistant was also very thruough and friendly. I will certainly return to her office next time I have an issue in her area of expertise.
Dr. V was very professional. For my initial visit, her office staff explained all charges to me. Dr. V took X-rays of my hand and revealed my diagnosis. She then prescribed my treatment plan and explained its success rate to me. . After the treatment, she then recommended follow-up to monitor my progress.
Dr. Vossoughi was very thorough in her explanations and setting out a treatment plan where we go from the simplest to the most complex solution. She was friends and concise and I would recommend her to anyone who needed surgery on their hand.
