From the moment I walked in I was greeted by front desk , she was so nice and made me feel comfortable . After being taken back the nurse took my vitals and was very nice to me too . They are all professional and the environment is very clean . This is my first time here and I’m happy I stopped here on the way home .
Great experience. I have been battling an illness for weeks and needed to see a doctor. I looked at many urgent care centers around me and not one of them was staffed with doctors, only PA's or nurse practitioners. No disrespect to PAs and NPs, but I did not have a simple, straightforward illness going on and wanted to speak with a doctor. I came with my son as he was feeling the wax needed to be cleaned from his ears. The doctor said there was no wax and gave us a prescription for antibiotics. After two weeks, the issues are still there, and he is still suffering. Today, I am surprised that the urgent care charged us $250 through our insurance for just getting a prescription.. I will never re visit this urgent care center.. I want to provide further update you on the same ear issues of my son. Today, we visited ENT specialist and she said there is wax causing... read more
The place has a welcoming lobby. Some of their staff is good but some of their other staff is okay. The doctor I saw was very nice and helpful.
