I’ve worked with Katy several times, and every time she has been amazing. She communicates regularly throughout the process, and explains everything in detail. The first time I used her, I was very stressed out about the process, and she settled me down immediately. Then, after we completed everything, she made herself available to answer questions, and even helped me figure out which of my habits were having a negative impact on my credit score.
