I have been taking my kids here. Every procedure I had to take them back to make adjustments. My daughter during her procedure they cut her tongue, dropped one of the tool on her teeth. Its been over two week and she is in discomfort and cant eat. I called to le them know she is in discomfort. I got put on hold for over 20 minutes. I hung up and called back they answered the phone just saying hold on. I used another phone and called, this time proper welcome and how can we help. My son had an appointment on April 3 we waited until 11:10 because we thought it would open late due to Good Friday. Turns out it was closed. They even sent us a confirmation email.

I have been a patient at this office for years and only stopped coming for a period due to insurance changes. Since returning, however, I have consistently experienced extremely poor customer service from the front desk staff member named “Sherri” (or “Chery”). Every interaction with her has been unpleasant. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and appears to have an attitude whenever I check in—whether it’s with me or my daughter. this place is okay I guess. I’ve been going here for maybe 2ish years now? I decided to start bringing my son here who will be 3 in March. the office is very small but you still can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve called 3x today, all within different time periods and nobody answers…it’s very weird for a medical office.
