this place is okay I guess. I’ve been going here for maybe 2ish years now? I decided to start bringing my son here who will be 3 in March. the office is very small but you still can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve called 3x today, all within different time periods and nobody answers…it’s very weird for a medical office.
Please do not waste your time going here. I called to make an appointment, showed up, and was told the doctor was in surgery. Sheila said someone was covering for her and failed to put me down for my appointment. She also didn’t offer me another option for the same day, only for another day. I wasted my time taking off work. Very unprofessional and a complete lack of professionalism.
Have been coming here for years and it has gone downhill. The new staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. They lie about charges and mislead patients. They are also horrible with communication. I was told I owed for a cleaning which was 100% covered by insurance and they kept insisting that I owed. I spoke to the insurance company and they said I shouldn’t have owed. Very caring and friendly dentist office. Very experienced dentist, I came here from California and I loved my dentist there but love this dentist and the office so much more!!!
Avoid at all cost. I've had over $2,000 in work done at this place. He told me that one of my back teeth possibly needed a root canal but he doesn't like doing root canals. So he put a crown on it. I went back for other work and told him it was very sensitive. He said that would go away. So a week later on a Friday at midnight the pain woke me up. I had to go to an emergency dentist and he pulled the tooth. He said a root canal should have been done on that tooth. That cost me $1,980. I also had a filling fall out that he pu... read more
