Dr. Saritha Aleti is wonderful. She answers any questions you give her. Very knowledgeable about Diabetes. Always friendly. Glad i have her as my Endo.
I called several times to make an appointment, and when finally was able to make contact, the secretary didn't want to make me an appointment because she said that Dr. Aleti is endocrinologist, but she is not specialized in any treatment related with insuline resistance???????... I guess that's the most basic condition an endocrinologist treat. Is my guessing that the secretary was very rude, and she just did not wanted to give me the appointment. I will be informing my insurance about it.

I had a horrifying visit at Dr Alita Saritha office. My insurance says on my card to pay $30 to specialist. She Out at loud demanded $104. She threatened me if i dont pay $104 now then she will stop prescribing me the meds. She mentioned her insurance takes lot of time to pay her. So she is hiking up the price upfront from her own patients. She is irritated, unorganized and mannersless. Her facility is One man show and understaffed.
