Tried scheduling with this provider in 2024 and she has long wait times of nearly months and over, never got a reminder. Tried again to schedule today again first availability a few months from now only for them to tell me that they can’t see me because I had a no show in 2024
I wish I could say I've had the same wonderful experiences as everyone else here, but unfortunately I was never given the opportunity as their office staff now rank at the top of my list for severely mishandled patient communication. I called back in January and was told the soonest new patient appt was in May. I was okay with that after reading all of the five-star positive reviews and went ahead and sent in my new patient paperwork.
