Almost 20 years of using this clinic, not any more. It takes a very smug front office personnel totally none accommodating. Switched Doctors on my appointment and location. Was there at 7:00 am not busy at all, would not see me. Did not care in the least that I would end a twenty year relationship with them! Signed the release of my records while there.

I’ve been a patient for almost 20 years. I received a chemical peel that did absolutely nothing and I paid $150 for it. I spoke with Jasmine who informed me that I would be refunded. That was almost 2 months ago! I was told to contact Shirley in billing, which I have done to no avail. I’ve been a loyal customer and referred many patients and I’m receiving the absolute worst customer service imaginable. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle of it dealing with people who lack integrity. Disappointing at best.

I like Dr Carter- very thorough! However, her phone service is HORRIBLE- I have been calling for 4 days to change an appointment and have 1) not received an answer or 2). Been put on hold for at least 30 minutes or 3) have been hung up on! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Have tried to message them and could not do that either! I’m at my wits end with this office!!!!!

I was charged a no show fee for an appointment I scheduled a year in advance at my appointment after being seen. I received no email, call, or text a week or days prior to the scheduled appointment. I would never have missed had I received the reminders. Two years later, they’re still trying to collect the no show fee that I feel I shouldn’t have to pay

I was charge for a no show when I called to cancel the appointment. Dr Carter and her nurse was amazing though.
