I was charge for a no show when I called to cancel the appointment. Dr Carter and her nurse was amazing though.
Dr Hickman and her staff were so amazing and explained everything so well. I felt very comfortable when she conducted my full body skin exam as she has excellent bedside manner. 10/10 would recommend!
Dr. Hickman is great but all other staff are rude. Their automated system is very inconvenient.
I really like my doctor, but their billing personnel is awful. It has been 2 months since I have been trying to get a refund with no success. They overcharged, never apologized and now despite 4 follow ups I still don’t have a check.
Used to be a great office not sure what changed. Needed my 3 month olds skin checked at the recommendation of my pediatrician. Her appt was at 1 and I called saying I was running 10 minutes behind. They have a 15 minute grace period which I understand. I still checked in within that window. A woman in the waiting room at 1:20 was still waiting for her 1:00 pm appt. Had not been seen.
