Used to be a great office not sure what changed. Needed my 3 month olds skin checked at the recommendation of my pediatrician. Her appt was at 1 and I called saying I was running 10 minutes behind. They have a 15 minute grace period which I understand. I still checked in within that window. A woman in the waiting room at 1:20 was still waiting for her 1:00 pm appt. Had not been seen. Have had only great experiences here. Office staff was helpful and professional. We have seen Dr Hickman. She has seen both me and my daughter. She was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and got both of our situations handled quickly. We would 100% recommend this office and Dr. Hickman.

Drove 1 hour and waited 1 month to have a cyst removed only to be told doctor didn’t have time. I clearly told the scheduling nurse what I needed and they still didn’t take responsibility.

Extremely unprofessional front office staff. Appointment in May was rescheduled due to physician traveling. No problem. I book a new appointment for 2 months later in July, as nothing was available sooner. I confirm appointment via phone call week of appointment. I receive a call confirming appointment the night before scheduled appointment. I show up to appointment, and there are no physicians present, as they are all traveling.
