Easy rental process, satisfied with the facility so far.
Nice covered RV storage and so far no issues
This storage unit was recently bought by BlueGate. The previous owner, Matt, was fantastic. Now it’s been sold, and some guy named Jeff refuses to honor a contract that was already in place prior to the sale. Actually, he just doesn’t reply to anything. The specific kind of sale requires they honor the contracts in place. Small claims issue but you should know how pathetic and scummy the new owner is. Don’t bother!
This facility went under new ownership and used to be Capital RV Boat and Storage as of 2 weeks ago. We can only attest to the superb management before then. The grounds were always clean, everything was always mostly in working order. The aisles are more than wide enough, for us at least, to reverse into our spot in one shot. The area is well lit, and arriving and departing the grounds was also a breeze. Communication with Matt was easy. We only moved out because we acquired property where we’re able to store our trailer.
