The wars shop in Katy I did. Put new tires and I go for alignment they charge me $45 I drove 1 mile my car pulling to the right. I go back I told him my car is pulling he said no warranty one time alignment ?

I am not an upset customer. I am not an upset costumer who just wants to write his anger out. This place really is what I say. A new owner took over this shop in January of 2012. This is not the same owner who been there for 30 years. Regardless of the new owner ship, I decided to keep my loyalty to the shop. So I have used their service several times in past six months. Each time I thought that their service will get better as they get to know me. The service just kept getting worst. In my opinion these people are dishonest... read more

The worst place in katy. I got ripped of by sam "the owner" he looked me straight in the eye and lied to me. he said that he replaced my head gasket. 2 days later, the dealer told me that he replaced on the seal for the head gasket. 450$$ for the seal! no thank you sam.
