Its been a couple of months since my son had attended this clinic. One of the many reasons i decided to remove him from this clinic was 1 Bad miscommunication with staff. 2. I asked to be billed weekly for our out of pocket deductible. I was stacked with 6+ bills because “they always had issues” and or “forgot” to send invoices out. 3. The most ironic thing this clinic has ever done was check my son’s temperature that was at 103.0!!!! Our son had been going to this place for over 2 two years and we really liked this place. The staff are really nice and professional. Our son had learned and improved alot. We are grateful for all the efforts they have done and highly recommended.
I can not thank you all enough for all of your kind words! I have been in the field of ABA for the past 13 years and I absolutely love it. Over these years I have advance my skillset by volunterring at my local churches(in special needs classroom) becoming a RBT, attending multiple management class, certified as a Quailty Behavior Support Trainer (QBS) and currently in enrolled in .Capella University to obtain my BCBA certification. Despite the efforts of a few disgruntled former employees to tear down this small family-owned clinic, I still consider this to be the best ABA clinic in Katy. The person who oversees the clinics, Krystle, is highly experienced and completely devoted to the kids' success, as are the techs currently employed there and the BCBA. The owner has structured the clinic in a way that prioritizes not only on progress, but also the child's mental health and well-being.
