After arriving late from out of the country for a spring break trip with 5 kiddos, I realized my windshield wiper stopped working as we were getting ready to make our 6 hour drive back to Northern Michigan in severe weather. I was referred by a friend to Katt’s and they were wonderful. They had me in and out in 5 minutes. Apparently, the wiper had become loose so an easy fix, thankfully. Best part he didn’t even charge me. He could have had me wait for hours, but he helped right away and I am so grateful. Highly recommend!
Have been going to Katts for many years I can't say enough good things about this shop. Very good work on your vehicle with no B.S. great price for great work A+ .......
