Terrible office. The doctor doesn’t care if something is wrong with patient. Dismissed concerns as if they are insignificant. Front desk is less than warm. Chemo room staff is so burnt out, they can’t even smile or pretend. If you have to call in, God forbid you get Stephanie. She literally told me “ok, I don’t care”. No compassion or concern from her. They will not follow up on your well-being if you go in hospital or work with your pcp or even update you on your cancer status. I don’t know anything more than when I started... read more
Dr. Katta is so compassionate and caring . from the moment you meet him he makes you feel so confident. He is always on what steps have to be taken. I am so relieved and each time I see him I am so calm and assured all will be okay. He is truly the best!!!
