It is lunch time Aug 31 now. I tried Katsuya last week and loved it, and decided to come in today again for lunch. I sat down, I knew what I wanted pretty quickly as the menu is small. In the 10~ mins that I had been sat down, two more tables were sat down after me and the server had not yet taken my order, I figured that I was next in order to be served by seating.
