Me and my bf went yesterday around 8 pm and even though it said it was open on the google it wasn’t. Thinking maybe they just close early we decided to try again today. So we went again at 3pm and it was still closed. This has been a disappointment before we even tried the food. Please update your schedule on google or at least give a post as to why it wasn’t open those times
From the outside, this restaurant doesn't look like much but I was so pleasantly surprised. I loved my whole experience eating here. Everything was affordable, the chicken was amazing and crispy, and their honey-butter fries were everything I didn't know my life was missing! Not to mention the stellar staff here, I was given hot tea and iced water without even needing to ask, and all the staff were so attentive and kind. If I'm ever in Vancouver again I'm eating here first.

Disappointing experience. The katsu sauce was too sour, and the cabbage had a bitter taste. The server was inattentive, repeatedly going back to another table, seemingly more focused on chatting with two guys than doing her job. When we called her attention about the cabbage, she said nothing and seemed uninterested in addressing our concern. Overall, poor service and mediocre food. Definitely not coming back.
가격이 좀 비싸서 부담스럽지만 스파이시 어니언 카츠가 맛있어서 가끔 시켜 먹어요! 그런데 포장주문 좀 더 꼼꼼히 챙겨주세요 최근에 우버 주문 시켰는데 돈까스 소스가 누락됐어요 이래저래 번거로워서 그냥 소스 없는 맨돈까스 먹었는데 30분 기다려서 음식 받았는데 내가 기대하던 맛으로 먹을 수 없으니 먹는 내내 기분이 별로였습니다 ..ㅜㅜ 전에 스파이시 어니언 카츠 주문 했을 때도 소스 뚜껑이 제대로 안 닫힌채로 와서 배달 오는 중간에 다 쏟아지고 다 섞이고 엉망이 되어서 우버 기사님이 이건 배달 불가능한 수준이라며 기사님측에서 배달 취소해버리고 재주문 했던 경험도 있고요.. 다른 곳보다 비싸게 주고 먹는데도 자꾸 이런 경험이 생기니까 아쉽습니다 조금 더 신경써주시면 좋을 것 같아요
