John was extremely helpful in handling the closing of my home in NY and in facilitating the financial arrangements as per the new title company's requirements (during a holiday week of all things) so that I could close on my new home in FL. All along the way he was courteous and patient in answering the questions I had and helping to iron out any challenges faced. John is very hands on, responsive and made the process so easy for me.
