We are so lucky that we were referred to Kat for our home repairs. You see, trouble always seems to find us on holidays! First it was the water heater. We called Kat. Then is was mold removal and a kitchen rebuild. We called Kat again. All I can tell you is that this lady gets things done! We are new to the Raleigh area and the first thing I wanted was a hard wood floor in the bedroom. Kat was recommended by our realtor. The vendor was excellent. The floor looks amazing, better than I hoped. We have used her service twice more and the vendors are professional and responsive. I can't say enough! To top that, she's so much fun to deal with. I have used Kat's Home Repair Referrals two times. The first one was for Tree Removal Service and the other was for interior painting.Both these experiences were awesome. The contractors responded quickly,did great work and their fees were reasonable. By using Kat's services I didn't need to hassle with finding someone, checking references and making sure that they were licensed and insured.
