Kat’s Eyes Optical receives this 5 Star rating for her professionalism, her awesome selection of glasses she carries, but mainly because Kat goes above and beyond to “make it right” if anything goes amiss. I live in Texas, but I always wait to purchase my glasses from Kat’s Eyes Optical for the very reasons above. Can’t wait till 2020 to pick out another new pair!
Kat treats you like royalty. Shopping for glasses at Kat's was one of the best shopping experiences ever. She is so knowledgeable. I would give this shop 20 stars if I could!!!
I beat up my glasses pretty bad this winter- I mentioned it to Kat and she told me that my glasses are under warranty. She ordered new lenses for me popped them in & adjusted my glasses to perfectly fit my face. All of this no additional charge.
