Over 20 min after order put in they canceled order saying no driver and never even put the order in with the restaurant. Then had the nerve to charge my credit card a month later for a 5.99 recurring charge even though I called the date they canceled that I did not want a membership since they don't deliver and was assured I would not be. Buyer beware!!!!
This restaurant will steal your money/food and then refuse to correct the issue.. They need to be shut down
My girlfriend ordered from here and the meal was totally wrong. Customer service contacted us to only give a partial refund even though the drink was the only thing that was correct... Need new customer service reps because they hung up before we even finished speaking 🤷♀️
First of all, I want to thank Maurice for all of his help and his personal attention with regards to some issues I had with the app (totally my own fault). Secondly, the app is great, the selection of services and restaurants is unlike any other service, and the service from the delivery driver was also above and beyond. I highly recommend Kat’s.
