Kat’s cleaners spilled a substance on our carpet that stripped the color out when it dried. Because the damage didn’t show up for more than 48 hours, they refuse to accept responsibility. She said her cleaners don’t use anything that causes that kind of damage, but they did. They are not a reputable cleaning company.

I hired a cleaning service, and they treated me with disrespect. They refused to clean the dishes in the sink, claiming it was too much work. The owner of the company hung up on me without any explanation and was angry with me. She changed her tone as soon as she realized I was Israeli. I don’t understand if they behave this rudely to everyone or if it was because I am Israeli.
The ladies that come in and clean for us. Do an amazing job. They have patients working around us. They show up on the time they are supposed to. The office is pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them..
