Glad friends recommended this place. Walked in this morning with no appointment, staff were super friendly, ordered and replaced my tyre the same day. Also surprised how cheap it was too. Thanks guys, this will be my go-to
Unfortunately I found Katz service team to be quite rude. Bought in a tire to be fixed which was considerably heavy. No help offered to take to the car or use the back door to get out to the car when it was obvious I was struggling. On a second time for the same job, they raised the price- in less than 2 weeks... I get it was obviously a small job for them but their rudeness and blatant raising of price so as not to have to do that job was incredibly disappointing. Kats are very competitive and have a great selection of tyres available. Needed two tyres on one of our Rental cars and was completed within half an hour. Great service and definitely our preferred tyre supplier/fitter in Rolleston.
