Enjoyed my visit. Katrina is direct and clear whilst also being warm and friendly. Very helpful.
Katrina was efficient, she knew her trade very well. She was able to explain the procedure, the results and her recommendations in way that was easy to understand.
Dr. Slater is always smiling and welcoming. She takes her time to explain my options and procedures. We’ve even shared some laughs before a procedure and I definitely enjoy having her as my doctor.
Dr Slater and her team were compassionate and responsive. I am happy to have their expertise.
She was 30 minutes behind schedule and my appointment was only at 8 in the morning. When she walked in she seemed rushed and not very open to listening to me. She did a very minimal physical exam and never even addressed what a previous provider has documented as concerning issues. As a clinic healthcare worker myself, I felt very unheard and dismissed.
