Katrina is so insightful and shared so much information and relevant anecdotes during the Reiki 1 retreat. That night I slept so peacefully without pain or hot flushes. I didn’t have pain during the night last night either, I’m actually doing really well - an unexpected bonus from the process of learning Reiki and Katrina’s energy.
