A good dr is hard to find. Dr. Powers listens and tries to figure out the cause of problems. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I would not recommend that anyone who is in serious pain, to go see Dr. Power's or her Nurse Practicion's. Because they care more about themselves, than the pain that you are in.

Beware. She is a pill pusher. She works with prescription companies and peddles pills to patients who do not need them. I know numerous cases where patients had interventions staged to get their loved ones back to full health and away from the meds. Please beware!

My ex's wife took my children to this physician and when I asked for copies of their records they stalled, stated that they would call me when copying was done, etc.. Numerous delay tactics used and excuses given for not releasing the medical records. NP at practice was reluctant to even share with me the reason she had seen one of my children - even with the joint custody order in front of her. To date - they have not given me the records. Office Manager was very rude during this exchange.

I've already recommended Dr. Powers to a friend and a family member. Dr. Powers listened to me, then answered my questions in a way that I could understand. Staff was very pleasant and helpful as well. I look forward to a long patient / doctor relationship. The only downside is that they are very busy, so scheduling appointments can be challenging.
