Worst clinic ever. Never got a text, phone call or email about a time, location, nothing to know what was going on. I called 2 days before appointment to verify and was told a time and that I would get a text that night. No text recieved. Showed up at verified time and was told sorry your appointment started 30 minutes ago. Will not recommend to any one. Not to mention I drove 2+ hours in a snow storm to be there.
The first time I met Dr Katrina Pack I could tell that she was empathetic, sympathetic, and had compassion. There aren't many Dr. As well as APRNs at ourRWMC hospital. But Dr. Pack and Kara Plette APRN are two of the best that our hospital has seen for way too long of a time. I've been seeing Kara Plette APRN for more years than I can remember. When you're at both offices the 2 women have made me feel at home. I'm so thankful to have both women taking care of me Kudos and warm fuzzies go out to them. They do deserve raises. ... read more
