So many things went wrong here it’s unbelievable but let’s start from when I walked into my appointment, I was asked to complete the same new patient paperwork I completed online over the weekend before my appointment. I was specifically asked to complete it online prior to my appointment and then still asked to complete it again at the office because “they couldn’t find it and it was a system issue” according to the lady at the front desk. Always have a great experience at Katrina Le's office! The staff are very friendly and make sure patients are comfortable with teeth cleaning. Dr Le is very good at explaining and showing you problem areas. I have also had crowns replaced and she did a fantastic job!
