I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Dr. Katrina H. Le’s office, especially the office manager Nila. I was scheduled for a dental implant, and my insurance required preauthorization. Despite Cigna’s multiple attempts to get the required documents from the office (starting in August), the office manager Nila didn’t send the info until the day before my surgery. Went to Dr Le off of google review recommendations for a routine checkup and had a superb experience. Dr Le and her assistant we’re both incredibly good at their jobs: X-rays, cleaning and flossing were all better than what I was expecting. My favorite part of the experience was how explainable they made every process feel. They sure I understood everything that was going on with my teeth and I really appreciated that.
