As a senior citizen I have lived long enough to see many changes in our national healthcare system. But, at this point I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the quality of care that my family has received at the hands of the people at Deaconess Hospital in Henderson, KY. staff and doctors have a don't give a damn attitude.
She is very rude,contradicts herself and scares you with the worst outcome. She is unprofessional and is negative about everything.
Deaconesse Midtown isn’t providing consistent quality care. The day shift staff and specialized professionals have been good to great rating. On the other hand, night shift hasn’t provided very good care.
Deaconesse Midtown emergency room was very professional and efficient. They had all the relaxant test completed very quickly on my MIL. The area was very clean.
all staff were polite and helpfull was there from 11a to 6p ended up life flight to Indy thanks to everyone for doing your part
I would avoid going to this hospital or else expect a bill for $4000 and they do nothing there needs to be an urgent care in this town so citizens are not stuck with high medical bills. This is a scam and they will take you to court for non payment. Also I think all of us who have had a bad experience with this particular hospital need to form together and contact a lawyer about a lawsuit. The staff treat you badly and the doctors can't read test results. So you get accused of using drugs when your test results come back negative.
We love Martelli! So blessed to have her as our ped.
