Ms. Roux-Bernstein herself is excellent. However the back office of the pulmonary center is a complete shambles. As a patient you are ignored. You can wait literally months for your test results, prescriptions and more. People will treat you badly if you end up having to call over and over again for urgent requests. It is too bad that the inability to get quality staff is reflecting badly on Ms. Roux-Bernstein.
