During an appointment we discussed my situation and she asked about my concerns so I voiced my issues she said ok and hung up the call after showing up late as well. But the appointment was almost $200 total 50 from me and the rest they took from insurance. Would give her negative stars. Rude, her way only.

Extremely rude individual from the very start, that rather likes to debate patients concerns than to actually listen. I cut out appointment at that time and left. If there was a even worst review Stars, I will give them to her.
The office is very rude. I was quite shocked at how unkind the female at the front desk was that talked to me. As far as Dr. Agito, zero empathy or compassion. She does not explain things to you she just talks over you and argues with previous doctors diagnoses. I don't understand how you can be in the health care system and be so cold. I am very sad, disappointed and disheartened that this is the care I am going to receive as this is who my insurance will cover. My mother WAS a patient of hers…I say was because I will not be bringing my mother back to her. Dr. Agito prescribed Toujeo insulin to her but my mother informed her at the time she had a lot of Lantus left and preferred to use that up before switching to Toujeo because she paid for it out-of-pocket. Last week my mother informed me that her Lantus had expired so we disposed of it.
