My wife and I had a fantastic time working with Lily on Katrina's team at Compass! End-to-end it was a smooth experience for us as first-time homebuyers, especially in a challenging market. I was recommended Katrina through my lender whom I used in the past. I was luck enough to get to work with her and Lily for finding a house that would be suitable for my family in a small area that I needed to relocate to. They were both fantastic individuals to work with throughout the whole process. I had an exceptional experience working with Lily Shahida. Saying she went above and beyond to help me find a place to live in DC would be an understatement. From the very beginning, she was clear about what she needed from me and what steps she would be taking. Working with her was incredibly easy and genuinely pleasant, it took away all the stress typically associated with renting in a city like DC, especially for the first time.
