Katrina listened carefully to what I was feeling and adjusted her technique accordingly rather than doing a generic massage. She busted my knots and gently addressed what was contributing to the tension. I left much more mobile and continued to improve physically and emotionally over the next 2 days. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have both been to Katrina for massage. She is great and her background as an RN is evident! She is attentive and thorough - definitely approaches her practice as "whole person health." Katrina's massage and reiki are great for relaxation or for fitness/muscle healing.
