Small shop provided quality work for a fraction of the price of other big shops.I paid 50% up front but he came recommended by a friend so I wasn’t too worried. I had a fender bender to the side door. The big shop in Palatine, sounds like Aye n Aye, quoted me over $6k to replace 2 doors, remove front and back bumpers, light assembly, left and right tire molding, and a bunch of other things. The overall experience is not good. They have employee problems. they do not answer calls and keep postponing dates to fix a problem which may take an expert just about 10 mins. I am disappointed by the service.
