Katrin is the best nail artist I’ve ever encountered! Even before I ever booked with her, I learned a lot from her social media posts. She patiently would answer any questions I had before I was a client and that amazing customer service has continued since I started coming to her earlier this year. I did a group session with Katrin and she has so much knowledge and shares it so well. As an experienced tech, she taught me new techniques that were simple to implement into my daily practice. I enjoyed all the small tips that made me understand e-file/cuticle work even more. We worked on a new client with bare nails, it would have also been helpful to practice on a client with a previous set since I work mostly with repeat clients. Highly recommend Katrin if you're looking to upgrade your knowledge!
